Hello, I'm Pénélope and this year I took over Binette 🤸🏻 ♀️

Binette is the optimistic brand of accessories that are practical, pretty and ethical at the same time, which makes our daily life easier and gives you the banana! Made from fabric scraps, the belt bag, our first product, was launched in April 2021. Today, the range includes belt bags, caps, pouches and glasses cases.

Relocation, association with NGOs, crowdfunding campaign,... I have lots of projects for Binette in the coming months and I want to find the nugget that will complete the team!

Directly under my responsibility, you will hold the position of marketing and project management officer for 1 to 2 years.

Your missions:

Digital marketing & social networks:

  • Website optimization (SEO): identification of keywords, product sheets, blog articles, UX/UI
  • Content development on Pinterest & Google product sheets
  • Participation in the writing of Newsletters, post for social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & TikTok)
  • Creation of photo and video content, participation in shootings,

Project management :

  • Participation in events (Pop-up store, conference, ethical Christmas market, etc.)
  • Business development: Participation in the development of a network of distributors
    • Scraping and sourcing of a list of distributors in accordance with Binette's values
    • Creation of a wholesale network via digital marketplaces (Ankorstore, Smallable, Choose...)
    • Writing a product catalog and product sheets

Required profile

Don't worry, I'm not looking for someone perfect, but someone motivated by project management and digital marketing. What really matters to me is:

  • That you are interested in the responsible fashion sector, ecology, but also marketing!
  • Let the communication between us be fluid
  • That you are curious and force of proposal,
  • Whether you are resourceful. and autonomous, a small business like binette relies on versatility and the ability to bounce back from the unexpected!
  • That you are rigorous: ability to manage your projects well and meet deadlines

For my part, I am committed to accompanying you and allowing you to flourish on the various missions listed above, and even more if the opportunity arises!

Your missions

  • Develop a network of distributors
    • Scraping and sourcing of a list of distributors in accordance with Binette's values
    • Creation of a wholesale network via digital marketplaces (Ankorstore, Smallable, Choose...)
    • Solicitation of shops (by phone, email and in person)
  • Understand and respond to customer needs
    • Classification of the different resellers according to their type of clientele and products sold
    • Writing a sales pitch
    • Writing a product catalog and product sheets

Required profile

Don't worry, I'm not looking for a fully operational end-of-studies intern, you're here to learn! But what matters to me is:

  • Whether you are resourceful and autonomous, a small business like binette relies on versatility and the ability to bounce back from the unexpected
  • That you don't hesitate to pick up your phone or follow up with your prospects by email
  • That you are rigorous: ability to manage follow-up files and meet deadlines
  • Let the communication between us be fluid, do not hesitate to ask questions
  • Whether you are curious and proactive, it's the best way to learn and develop your skills.

Constat : bon, on est tous au courant.Binette limite son impact en upcyclant (on chine des tissus voués à être jetés). C'est un choix contraignant, car il apporte de nombreuses complications logistiques, mais obligatoire si l'on veut changer nos modes de consommation ! Le + pour vous : vous consommez des produits responsables :)
